i was a manager i would ask indepth questions not just ask two question and look at the resume and hire kirsten needs to be trainned as a manger
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
when a employee is going theu stuff it shiuld be heard maybe they should have listening devices to see how bad some empolyess are gettting treated and fix enviormental health issues immediately and teach employees not to pick up bagels off the rat infested floors

theres a woman who works in the deli in the sunset location shes a bully elizabeth perez she made ine girl wuit beore me shes a snake she spreads rumors and smokes by the deli meat vapes actually she spreads rumors and has half the store mistreating you
