Horrific. Belittled and demeaned by management, they made me dread waking up every day, and drove me out after 9 years of service w/the company with how badly they treated me. Awful, AWFUL company. TERRIBLE policies.
What makes you most happy at work?
Clocking out at the end of the day.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being decent human beings who have souls and know when to care for their people and not just their policies.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Actually do their jobs. Not swear in front of customers. Stop playing on their phones. Actually clean something for once.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is a joke. It is not a living wage and only contributes to the cycle of poverty by keeping people just barely making enough to survive.
What did you like most about the interview process?
At the time, that it was personal and one on one. Now it's all picked by a computer and done in a group. We're just numbers to them.
