E-commerce department is full of social rejects, lazy workers who complain over anything and everything. Very tight group and if you dont align with their values they make your shift a living nightmare, HR is unhelpful as well as store management.

Actually talk to the potentil employees rsther than hire them right off the bat

Realize they are there to do a job and not sit around and conplain

Being leaders. They think that now they're "leaders" they don't have to help the rest of us. Not all of them are like that but most are. Worst management, i've ever seen
