People who are not store management.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are loyal, hard working individuals. They treat me like family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management doesn't care about me or anyone that works for them. Management treats us like robots instead of people. We are just another number. Oh, and they don't want to give anyone a fair amount of hours, causing workers to be more stressed during their shifts because they don't have any help.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They hire all these people to work, but I can't work them what I want. Reason is, they do not give enough budgeted hours to ensure a great schedule. Even worse when someone calls in sick. They have the full time people work 40, and part time is budgeted for 16 hours per person. that's terrible.
