Im unsure what to say here but krogers benifiets are great, the higher ups are great, just my imediate manager is horrible.

My team for the most part is great, we talk to eachother what we did and what we see needs to be done and always there to help eachother out
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management actually caring about the hard working individuals that plan to stay, insteed of just seeing us as numbers and dollar signs! Speaking to us with respect wouldnt hurt either
What makes you most happy at work?
When a customer compliments how clean and fresh ive made my depratment look, or the smile on peoples faces when i help them! Makes me feel like im actually making a difference.
