What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Speed, productivity, knowing how to use the technology accurately

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Understanding store leader, comanagement is willing to listen and help, but when expectations aren't met they wonder why we can't get things done.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Too much responsibility for one person. Management never holds people responsible for being lazy. Higher-ups never tell employees thank you for anything and it's really sad.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Ask about experience and interest in taking training courses before working in the department. It's too hard trying to train people while getting everyday tasks done.
