Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If they had actually honored the position I applied for (FULL TIME!!!) it would still be the worst decision I've ever made. I could have had unemployment benefits during the pandemic and made $875 a week. Instead they lied to me and completely screwed with my livelihood.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Acknowledge harassment complaints and investigate accordingly. Do the right thing. Stop firing black people just because. Actually practice what they preach and embrace diversity and inclusion. Actually acknowledge that your pay is not over a $20 average and you're liars. Oh yeah, stop LYING!!
