this company does not care about its employees. They are considerably understaffed and overwhelmed they consistently take hours away from hardworking employees and pay them close to nothing. On top of that management treats their employees like garbage. I will not be coming back or shop here.

new management that will treat people with dignity and respect. Maybe a little appreciation for the work that the employees do would be nice aswell

only the people that our store director are cool with go to any meetings that she holds. everyone else is pretty much treated like they are trash
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to treat their employees with respect. The store I work at has a store director that talks badly about her employees in the presence of costumers.
