They got rid of experience pay, I've been there for 7 years and I'm worth the same to them as the new people who haven't even gotten out of training. All of this after McMullen lined his pockets with the money he saved cutting hazard pay during a pandemic

They plan on doubling our health insurance costs over the current contract without increasing benefits in any noticeable way.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I'd appreciate it if the folks at corporate stopped cutting our hours and then came to visit and complain we aren't getting as much done.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our understaffed store is struggling to keep the shelves full. We are losing people so fast because our pay isn't competitive that we can't even afford to discipline associates. We need a contract that actually improves employee benefits
