I work for the company for 17 years until February of 2022. The last position I held was as an assistant store manager in Arizona. I left because of the moral compromises I was expected to make. Towards the end, the environment was not safe or healthy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If the pay is going to be poor a better work/life balance would make it more tolerable
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop price gouging or at least use that money to invest in the workers. More training, better work life balance, better pay. Improve hiring and retention processes. Pay more.
