My team is for the most part hard working and we look out for each other, and are quick to help for any problems when some one runs into trouble
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As previously mentioned the work load keeps growing with district leaders trying to find more ways to add more without a thought as to what those greater numbers would require dorm the store.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs a better understanding of the bottom level of their work force. They are frequently adding to the workload while trying to cut hours and tend to add and enforce rules and standards that don't work in any real life scenario.
