Stop gossiping about each other and actually do YOUR job instead of expecting other people to do it for you just because you're buddies with the manager.

higher pay on par with the other major companies, return of fair benefits for everyone, not being asked to do everyone else's job and not being paid to do it all.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
caring, they do not care and only want to deal with their cliques. Too many good people have been pushed out for their favorites and the people they are "comfortable" with if you get my drift
