Need strong management stronger leadership in every department so when there are new employees they don't get deterred from wanting to stsy with company

Been a loyal employee for seven years now and I don't feel my pay matches up with my work and experience and knowledge of the job

Take that leadership role more seriously and with more professionalism,do not let petty drama and gossip to be the determining factor of every situation make sure employees stay on task stay vigilant stay positive keep up morale

Time to time meetings with managers and crew members, someone to come in every so often to boost morale Management taking more of and active positive role in defusing all the nastiness and negativity that goes on
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No Drama,No Petty Gossip,stay on task at all times work as a team not individuals when clocked in only focus should be the job not the continued pettiness that goes on at many jobs that cause distraction and take you away from doing your job duties
