Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not agree that hourly and salary pay different premiums for insurance, i dont agree with the company allowing the insurance company to charge a surcharge for SOME unvaccinated employees but not others, management/supervisors are understaffed and therefore overworked, & salary is not competitive
