Overall, information is well communicated. As a whole the company does invest in training and has a streamlined information pipeline in which they relay necessary data/expectations/advisements.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer was engaging and excited to be talking to potential future employee. They made me feel welcome, but also maintained a professional yet friendly tone throughout each of the interview phase's.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The diversity in both experience and ideas. The enthusiasm many bring to their work and the overall desire to create a more positive experience for both customers and co-workers everyday. New ideas and some critical thinking have also come from staff which always is exciting as a manager.
What makes you most happy at work?
To see my associates (teammates) succeed and watch their confidence grow. I love to see associates start off with hesitation, but with coaching and encouragement... become fully engaged and passionate about their job. I also love when I can promote associates and reward their hard work for the comp.
