The few good coworkers i have but the bad ones make it not worth staying.

Better treatment by corperate and store leadership and active firing and punishment of poor workers and apperciation for good ones.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Basic human interaction. They ask you how you are or how its going and are already halfway across the store before you can even answer.
