What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Do their jobs, instead of: walking around, talking on personal cellphones, eating breakfast after clocking in.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The company needs to read & absorb these pointless surveys. Also, Fresh Start is a JOKE.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership needs to LISTEN TO EVERYONE. Also, try implementing common sense. Stock the empty shelves, halt micro-managing, & schedule employees the hours they work to their potential.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Starting wage in my department is $3 per hour MORE than I'm making. I've been at Dillons for 6+ years. Is that a fair wage?! No. No it isn't.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Revive/return the, Free Friday Download. Pay everyone a liveable wage. Stop micromanaging. We're adults. People must earn respect. Above all else, act in the professional manner that you expect of us.
