What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Their is absolutely nothing positive about the Kroger culture and environment. I go to work everyday to see other employees and get to talk and understand about their personal lives. The Kroger business model is an abject failure.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
