things continue to deteriorate at Store #23 I have been regularly expected to extend my work hours on a daily basis. We are offered four hour shifts and then expected to stay six or eight hours due to the workload. Managers have become increasingly rude to staff I am ready to quit after 5 year

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Scheduling and managing the store. Product does not get to the shelf in timely manner making pick up shopping difficult. Dairy is often not stocked from the load, Frozen is just stacked in the back freezer and freezers are often empty of product No leadership to address the issues
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
no real leadership. Blame for poor numbers placed on the people who are there working hard with not enough staff. Some depts like grocery, gen mdse, have lazy night crews Pallets sit on the floor for several days waiting to be unloaded carts of cardboard are regularly around the store for days
