It's all dependent upon the department supervisors as they can make or break the experiences and atmosphere for both subordinates and customers.

Given the company's low standards and lacksadaisical attitude in regarding fair treatment there's nothing to be done as long as it continues
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As stated previously they as in the top brass, execs, and the regional managers need to see and experience the injustices and harsh conditions that they've imposed on their workforce.
