I feel our benefits are very mediocre. I'm thankful to have insurance, but it doesn't cover much and it only covers in network providers. It's a hassle. Also preventative is supposed to be free, but I always get a bill.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager genuinely cares about people. That's the only thing that makes the job tolerable. There's lower management that stands around and makes the clerks do all the work, but a few actually care for their people. It depends on which store you work at and the department.
