Not much. Once in a blue moon, you meet another hard worker. Not often though.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Underpaid workers being unhappy workers. You cannot expect us to fake a smile when we can not pay our bills. You can expect minimum effort for minimum wage, stop acting like we owe you a smile when we are so easily replaceable and underpaid.
