Most of the employees who have been there for a while are hard working, fun people.
Moral is terrible. Maybe if they had a reason to be happy it would make a huge difference.
They need to make the employees happy. Just a thanks would do wonders. Quit coming into the stores and putting down the employees, we are the reason you're where you're at.
There isn't enough help and we have to do the work of two to three people. Go back to the way Kroger used to be, a fun place to work. Hire decent help with a fair wage.
The older people who work there aren't paid accordingly. When you have worked for years and new people make almost as much as you, that's a slap in the face. Kroger got a 14% tax break, they are stopping drug testing and company issued uniforms, but yet we have to pay more for insurance?
