In the past 15+ years, I've called in sick maybe 4x. I work almost every weekend. I believe a better incentive pkg could be in place for the hard working employees. A "lunch on us" every period without a missed time. $1 more on Sundays. CLOSED on holidays. Easter, 4th of July, etc.
