Give us hours where we need them (front end, produce) rather than allowing hours to be given to the dairy department for the head daiy clerk to be paid OT for sitting an hour and a half eating in the break room while evening shifts lose cashiers to finish his job
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Morale is at a low with all fault being thrown to evening shifts. We are reprimanded for not scanning produce, but more and more items are no longer receiving barcodes or are not found in our system. Treat employees equally rather than catering to a few because management knows them personally
