Better starting wage compared to other companies in this country. Better wage means better people wanting to be hired at my company. Min wage. Means min worker.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Filter money farther down to the workforce. And stop trying to get more for less they cut hours to where it can't be done safely. And effectly. And it isn't fair to our customers either.
