
Upper mgt needs to see how their actions affect the associates doing the work. Be real & live in reality.
People should be well compensated & held accountable at obtaining realistic goals. Everyone do the work they were hired to do & do it right
Was paid well, but for what was expected & the sacrifices on family life that management has to make it could easily be more. It’s like selling your soul to the devil
Too many things being measured. Hard to just sell groceries. A never ending juggling act where they keep adding more items to juggle, until you just fail because it’s too much. Killing the dedicated loyal workers
They need to get a grip with reality of their expectations with the quality of the help that’s expected to work the miracles. It’s great to set high expectations to push the workforce but not to the degree upper Mgt does. It makes daily life too stressful for storemgrs & it flows down hill. No fun!
