What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a couple of duds but for the most part we are a good team who supports each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our team has great camaraderie. Our co managers are great to work with we just all cover for our manager.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My store manager calls in sick so often we joke about it. Seriously at least once a week. In 3 years I've called in once. Seems like a waste to me.
