What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Nobody helps each other to get jobs done. Everyone is at each others throats.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication needs to be allot better. And talking down employees needs to change. We deserve more respect than what we are given.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Raises need to be fixed. There need to be more hours. Managment needs to be less hard on employees. Managment should help pull employees together not separate them.
