
Improvement of training to give them practical training instead of just showing them videos on how to do the job.
Seek input from employees and not outside consultants on how to do our job. We have more knowledge and experience then them.
Realize we are human beings and not robots. We all will not be able to meet performance expectations and seek input from employees to adjust to reflect reality of work environment and not the testing ground.
Pay attention to backstock and work with employees to find out what they need to do their jobs. Also explain metrics of how they determine performance, improve training to include practical experience. Finally upgrade software to reflect true department planning.
