My management team. The team work between departments. not just defending for your own department

Let managers manage. Not micro for the executives. More work life balance for the tired Management ASM.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
my store manager is bound by what the exec. want. He is an awesome manager. but there is still no work life balance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
yes. We are micro managed to death. Training is key. Once we are trained. Have faith that the job will be done correctly.
