Too much favortisum. What is fair for some people is not ok for others. They should ask their employees what is the wants and needs of the customer instead of coming up with stuff that don't work.
We the employees work our tails off to make them the money and they never show us any apprecaition. They have ha cap on your pay. After you have been there over 10 years you only get a raise every three years.
