
Team it's no team it's us against management and it's a shame kroner is a better company then what I'm seeing
At Houston D.C needs to communicate and also treat people as if they value them as a employee and try and keep people on the job long term like in the past years kroger treated people good that's why people stayed and retired because the liked there job .but not now
Management don't care and it's effects the employees which effects the service to the customer. It starts at the top and ends at the bottom treat your people good and hold them accountable from the ceo to the very bottom of the list kroner is a very good company and strong but people are important
