The management staff is the entire reason I’m working on leaving the company.

The management staff is horrible and lacks the knowledge/ confidence to make a good decision.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Determining the strengths and weaknesses of their employees. Promoting the people best qualified for the job, instead of their buddies. Firing the people stealing time or being insubordinate, instead of making the good employees pick up their slack.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Back up managers are usually the least paid employee in the entire overnight crew. When I was a back up grocery manager, after 5 years of working for the company, I was being paid 8.75 an hour, including the back up premium
