The company is trying to be competitive and implement new services by winging it creating bad experiences for the employees and customers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The GO only looks at numbers on paper and when they start new processes most of the time the processes is unreachable to accomplish for the help they allocate. When you try to explain why it doesn’t work you are classified as not being a leader.
