The only thought on my mind when I walk in the door is "What time do I leave?" And my most common thought throughout the day is "I'm tires and I want to go home."

Extremely understanding customers, or overly nice co-workers.

They are very at least consistent about being inconsistent.

The worst people always quit, after at most a few months.

Everyone needs to improve how much of a team they are.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting paid more, and not being treated like a child in elementary school.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding the differences between what they want, and what's reasonable in the real world
What did you like most about the interview process?
Nothing to be liked, it was what it was. This is a weird question.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is hardly any positivity there. Not enough to lavel any one thing as "most positive".
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers should be valued in ways they will realize, and not obscure "customer first" policies. Employees should also be valued, without succumbing to the needa of the customer.
