Clear directions about how to go up in the company... promotions are based on friendship and racisism (black ppl promote only black ppl)

Customer interaction and my daily work is a constant compromise... I need to learn how to handle my stress to be more productive
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Eliminate union, better control on managers, better and clear opportunities to grow in the company... nobody already believes in that take that the CEO and the directory started as baggers
