Retaining employees, managing resources, listening to customers.

Always running with a skeleton crew in every department and Krogers would rather do that than approve overtime.

More compliments then reprimands would go a long way to retention. We could work better together if training was better.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Corporate should be way more generous with incentives and employee discounts and specials. To see so much thrown in the garbage everyday that could go to feed employees or the hungry homeless is just sickening.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Can't retain workers because the pay is too low to start and the top out is too little to make it worthwhile. Sundays by far the most unpleasant day to work and should pay time and a half to veteran employees.
