For us we are a family everyone knows everyone and we work well together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It’s to low .... 10.00 should be a starting wait for the part time 32.hr worker.. you would emlimiante turn over and the company would be able to sustain long term employees it would also allow to hire within the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As far as my store , I love everyone in there they are very helpful. I don’t know my CEO SO CANT rate him. However overall Kroger is a good company just need to raise you pay... people can’t live off 8.40 cents a hour.
