What needs to change to make the company culture better?
You need to care more about the people. And less about greed. Great people equal profit.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't get stock options. Or profit sharing. And my pay does not reflect my years of service. Kroger has become a greedy company. Just like wal mart.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I have to work with bad employees that make my day harder. They create more work for me by not doing theirs. If you paid better. And where more selective about hiring. That would help.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
All they care about is not getting fired. The store looks empty. And the hours are to few. Until someone they think is important. Then they act scared and want everyone to work really hard to make up for their incompetence.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We only get people who lazy and willing to work for low wages now. So they don't care if they get fired. So I would say there is no help for them. We need to raise standards and pay better. So as to get better people.
