
Hire more workers instead of only having 3 to do the job of 8
Kroger places customers above workers. Which means if a customer is mad and makes a comment to mangnment they are right and you the worker are wrong 100% of the time.
Basically not pointout everything that you have no control over and blaming you. Basicaly if you are not a favorite employee then you wont last so if you don't kiss up you wont get anywhere. Or at lest it is that way at my kroger that I work at.
