
There is a pervasive entitlement mentality, but I don't think that is just here. It is hard to find employees that WANT to work.
The "incentive" bonus is only based 10% on anything that I might have control over. It is known that if you leave the company for a comparable position that you will be paid more.
Staff management doesn't back the front line managers. It makes it seem like the entire management team is hiding something or being deceptive. Many times, a decision is announced to the floor and then, because of push back, the decision is changed. The tail wagging the dog!
