Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Too much expected for the pay , I have had jobs in warehouse that are paid better and not much stress

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Ether up our pay or don’t expect as much out of us

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

At realizing that task given to some may take longer than others.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

It’s like fielding a baseball team with only 7 players, you can do it but your going to lose

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Well for one our store does more than most Market places but yet we get paid less. Not right not fair. Also we are the only ones under contract without spouse insurance.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Its like trying to play baseball with only 7 players on the field , it can be done , but you'll lose in in the end. I feel we are heading towards feeling like Sears and Kmart JCPenny

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Be realistic in what our job takes to do , also lots of waste as far as materials being used by upper management , they need to get in the trench to see what it takes day to day under the lack of help .

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I’m a dept manager that’s been doing my job for 30 years I get a .25 cent raise a year also they taken away my spouses benefits. Instead of using there big tax cut on us , they used most of it on stock buy backs

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

To much is expected from us Head Dept. You don't want us to work over time to make it right because we are under staffed , but yet you want us to work over time. Sends wrong signals . It gets to the Point that we don't want the overtime so we let the chips fall where they may.
