I feel if the co management team were more uplifting and positive we would strive even more to be the same.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The stress level right now is over the top. Not enough help and some of the help is just here to get paid. No desire is shown from some to make things any better. Change starts with you but you can only hit that brick wall so many times!!
