
The associates are great. Mostly everyone is on the same page. Management is not though. I’m always afraid that I will get in trouble over something that is out of my control.
Scheduling, listening to associates, standing up for associates, proper discipline when an associate is late or calls in too many times, professionalism, blaming associates when something goes wrong that is not their fault; to be honest there are too many things that need to be worked on.
Associates just being mistreated. I do not look forward to work everyday because I’m afraid that I will get in trouble for something that I have nothing to do with. I got in trouble a couple of months ago because there were no associates in a certain dept. I do not control the schedule.
