What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers need to learn to pull their own weight. A team cannot properly function if one person is doing the job of four.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am expected to complete a 7 hour work load within 4 hours. Kroger expects inhuman results from a staff of mostly teens and elderly workers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs a betterunderstanding of what their employees do on a daily basis and how difficult their daily tasks really are. They are too detached and unaware of the goings ons of the store.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I had applied because the manager of my department was short-staffed by three workers. When applying, I was told the store did not need to hire on any more employees. Upper management does not know what is going on in their own store, nor do they care.
