Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting paid more on the dollar for my time at my Kroger. Our union recently increase our starting wage to $10 an hour. Those who were making under $10 an hour were bumped up to $10. None of us got a premimum for our time with the company or for being full-time. We’re making the same as new people.
