Management on our store level is an embarrassment. Our store manager is down right mean and unprofessional.
In order to add spousal coverage on my medical I am paying a 250/month surcharge even though that was not mentioned in the union contract voting.
My HR manager was a delight to work with. The last few HR managers couldn’t seem to care less about the staffing needs of the store.
The coworkers in most departments are fun. My department is small and while it’s not the company’s fault one coworker is a hateful and unhappy person. Trouble maker
The executives need to visit all the stores randomly. No more announced visits. Pop in sometime and see how the stores really operate. See the short staffing. See what the customers see without all the fluffing that gets done when management knows the executives are coming.
