
Over all benefits are competitive, and the prorated stock benefits to retain is disingenuous. I either earned that benefit or I didnot.
The push to lean the manufacturing portion of the business is needed but the lack of plant by plant strategy, resources and leadership at the team leader level has caused significant inability to be effective.
The lack of true leadership at the team leader level, and not having a plant by plant strategy has causes employees to work unreasonable amounts. It is also bad form to take inconsistent action, employee to employee, for repayment of relocation upon voluntary separation. It seems vindictive.
