Management and the rest of the staff are phenomenal. Again if there could be more rules for employees to protect employees and not always favorite customers I think would make it a much more positive work environment.

A gentleman who interviewed me was very kind unenthusiastic it made the process very comfortable and easy.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The main claim I have are the customers. We are not trained on how to handle unruly customers. It makes us feel inadequate and our job and worthless as human beings. There should be more rules in place to protect the employees and not always favor the customers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
If a customer as a corporate complaint corporate needs to handle it and not ordinary people working in a call center. Call center workers are not trained on how to handle a corporate complaint and should not be as to do so in the first place because a corporate complaint is corporate responsibility
